Event organisers can display the auto-scrolling transcript on large screens, allowing attendees to follow the spoken content in real-time. That way, people with hearing impairments or non-native speakers can follow effortlessly.
But that’s not all – our auto-scrolling transcripts are designed to be just as effective on mobile devices. Whether you’re in the audience or on the go, you can easily follow what’s being said at any given moment.
Additionally, real-time scrolling transcripts can be automatically translated, perfect for events with multilingual speakers or diverse audiences. AI translations don’t cause any delay and remain nevertheless highly readable.
Enhanced readability
Clevercast uses cutting-edge AI language models and ensures that transcripts are suitable for event attendees by controlling the timing of the speech-to-text conversion and striking a perfect balance between accuracy and readability. Instead of making corrections every time a sentence takes an unexpected turn, Clevercast takes into account the relative accuracy and only adjusts a transcript when necessary (e.g. at the end of a sentence). This makes for a better experience and understanding.
Moreover, users can fine-tune themselves how interim corrections should be applied to the transcript. In addition, they can customise details such as alignments, fonts, sizes, colours and more.
Event managers can set AI vocabularies – both in advance and during the event – which result in better AI conversion and automatic error correction. On-site transcripts can also be combined with a global live stream which may contain multilingual closed captions and AI audio translations (using the HTTP Live Streaming protocol, with a slight delay for increased AI accuracy).
